  1. Weight loss is 80% diet, 20% exercise. Intermittent fasting and calorie deficits work best for me. I’m also vegan but in addition to that I don’t eat rice, pasta, potatoes or bread. No drinking, no sweets. My weight is down to 131 lbs.

Its great that youre clarifying that you've gained this weight since starting your vegan journey because unfortunately too many people equate veganism with weight loss and thats just not always the case. Sugar is vegan, bread can be vegan, just carbs period! its about eating the right vegan foods and consistently exercising. You got this!
