Agree, the ICJ added measures are welcomed but will do little to change the reality of horrors for the Palestinian people. We are dealing with amoral psychopaths – such entities do not listen, they do not care and will do whatever they want. They are incorrigible – nothing is going to stop them. Not words, not sanctions, not waiting for the US, not waiting for the deceptive “voluntary” displacement using the built pier, not waiting for the civil war in Israel to start/finish!
