The International Court of Justice has ruled that Israel must halt its military offensive in Rafah in southern Gaza.

South Africa had asked the ICJ to order it as an emergency measure, saying Israel’s actions in Rafah amount to a “genocidal” operation and threaten the survival of the Palestinian people.

  1. Interesting. Every now and then the media presents facts raised by Israel, be it they are buried almost out of sight by the broader presentation. It never ceases to amaze me that journalists take their cues from the global media houses like AP, Aljazeera and Reuters and present their quotes as having merit or relevance without acknowledging just how corrupted the global networks actually are. I guess it comes down to the common practice of cut and paste journalism that now plagues the media industry with the result that if you repeat a lie often enough it becomes believable. Society has woken up to the corruption thus why independent journalism has swamped the industry.

It is very obvious the ICC is joined at the hip to the antisemetic UN therefore the case put by the ICC has no merit. These corrupt global media providers would be better investigating the UN's involvement in facilitating, the funding and construction of the military infrastructure of Hamas, rather than undermining Israel's attempt to deal with them. Hamas started this war so therefore it is Hamas's responsibility to feed and protect it's civilian population not Israel's. Thankfully Israel is doing their job for them and it would appear without any acknowledgement from the morally bankrupt press core. It wouldn't hurt you people to investigate the facts for yourself rather than sit on your back sides pushing out the political agendas of what is blatantly obvious, the lies of your media/political masters. Long live the true independent media and the hundreds of journalists in the independent media space who provide us with unbias fact based news.

Great respects to Israel and their extraordinary attempts to protect civilian lives at a scale unheard of in the history of military conflict.

  2. Court: You, Israel, must stop the military operations in Rafah, and you, Hamas, must release all hostages immediately.

Israel and Hamas, in unison: "No, I don't think I will."

  3. bla bla bla Saudi Arabia paid Mercenaries from all over the world to travel to Yemen and kill the Houthi and a estimated 400,000 were killed including 10s of thousands of children, so where was the ICC then.

  4. The BBC hedging between Sunak and Starmer who are both culpable on this file. The entire shambles created by the words "His Majesty's Government views with favour…" per Balfour, 1917. The least the country can do is to end its blind support for the Zionist state and to recognize the State of Palestine. The UK's position is not to recognize Palestine until there is a negotiated solution. How can there be a negotiated solution when one party is under duress and the other is unwilling to entertain it? Such is the rank stupidity of the UK's position.

  5. Here we go the WOKE Bullshitting Bureaucrats Criminals the BBC supporting these woke idiots with no power what so ever. Why have they not told Putin to stop his illegal war in Ukraine??? Oh yes they will have no response what so ever lol.

The International Court of Justice needs disbanding for being one sided and a joke.
