Ignorant Ben at it again. You talk as if any government can create employment. A government creates the environment for private sector to create jobs. Almost all government jobs are clerical and do not produce or manufacture anything. A government educates its citizens and it’s up to the citizens to use their education to create jobs.

Ghana apparently imports about $400 million of tomatoes every year but the youth don’t want to farm. Ghana imports so much food that can easily be grown locally. Yet the youth of Ghana don’t want to farm because it’s not “respectable.”

Instead of using your show to educate Ghanaians on the dignity of farming and the money to be made locally and from exports, you’re ignorantly and politically blaming unemployment on a government that spent money it didn’t have to educate the youth.

Lots of you TV talking heads in Ghana are a disgrace and actually letting Ghana down.
