What an amazing event and equally so the documentation of it. Brilliant.
As awesome as this is, can anyone explain why no one had any issue with Jon Rahm (for example) being part of the European team? Seems like double standards to exclude the first appointed captain – Henrik Stenson – and many others, for simply playing golf on another tour. Did anyone notice Rory going quiet on the subject around this time? After months of criticizing the likes of GMac, Sergio, Westwood, Poulter, etc…but not a peep was said about Rahm 🤔 Suppose silly politics go out the window when you're world number 1 🙄
