Man I usually root for East Africans in this race but, man seeing fisher having heart like that is nothing but admirable
Kara Goucher has been a great announcer for Track & Field.
5:03 correction:grant Fischer isnt letting the black guys get away. 😂😂
Wait… was Joshua, Rebecca’s brother?!
RIP Rebecca 🕊️ 🏃🏾♀️
Wonderful Aregswi
Why the second medal in 56 years? Better stated, the second in the last 3 Olympics.* Rupp won silver int he 10,000M in 2012 American distance racing in track and field is making a resurgence.
NBC has the worst fucking highlights I swear.
Super proud of Grant!
Last ever track race for the 10000m GOAT Joshua Cheptegai❤❤❤
The silver medalist is the one impressed me, looking the last 2-3 seconds.
JOSHUA CHEPTEGEI in the image of EXCELLENCE of yet another great previous Ugandan called JOHN AKII-BUA !!
Wow dude, amazing, good job! Only the 2nd medal in the sport for us🇺🇸 in 56 years, congratulations on medaling and thank you for winning bronze for us here in the US! Amazing job to all 3 medalists!
Ethiopia is lucky to have Yomif Kejelcha make team sacrifices all these years.
Wow. White men CAN run.
Amazing race! The ending was a nail biter.
After the bronze, the camera person should be given flowers. He kept us posted.
Great finish usa.sending love 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💙💙💙🫶🫶🫶
Hey buddy! keep trainning bc you didnt got gold in 200M better luck next olympics lol but you got gold for arrogance
I blame it on ruto for kenyans to be beaten by united states. In long distance races.
Fue grandioso la de bronce para fisher. Hizo una carrera genial.
So happy for Fisher. Cheptegei is a great champion. So consistent.
The lady commentator became emotional.
Grueling race
great effort-great smile
😂😂😂 10 🇲🇽 11 minutes 😂😂😂
Joshua was amazing and broke an OR! Watching Grant come back to get bronze was phenomenal! And congratulations as well to Ethiopia Aregaway for securing the silver! Excellent race!
Ethiopia 🇪🇹 was stealth 🥷 sprinting for the silver 🤑
i cried for Grant Fisher… and i never heard of him before… but i respect a good struggle.
Nice race 👌👍💪
OMG – this was an amazing race and finish.
GRANT FISHER wow
Congratulations !!!!
Congratulations Aregawi. 🇪🇹🇪🇹🇪🇹🎉❤
Oh man the announcer breaking down, CHILLS!
I’m sorry, but anyone who doesn’t think America has a chance to win any given event is crazy. Sure it’s unlikely in distance running or ping pong… but there’s always a chance!
Almost silver 🥺
🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Aregawi doing Cheetah move was amazing 👍
Go CHEPTEGEI
🗣️🗣️🗣️Uganda Wins Gold🎉🎊😅 👏👏👏💃💃💃
Congratulations Fisher!!! Go Team USA!!!
gg grant!
One of my fave '24 Games moments! Congrats, Grant!
Give Grant Fisher a Parade USA!! Yes, Grant set it off! He got me crying too because I myself was a mid distance runner and always been told the Americans can never run the distance events against the Africans. He set the precedence and fire on the rest of USAs both men and women distance runners as well as the others on team. Cole Hocker and Neguse followed by the gutsy steeple chaser on that last lap to get silver against an all time great in El Bakali. Very emotional for me man. Also Galen Rupp deserves credit as well.
What about Billy Mills?
no worries… if it is not ethiopia, it will be uganda or kenya or ghana or some other african country. Other continents have to be happy with being in the competition.
Amazing racee
These athletes appear to be a few meals short of malnutrition –
However they have 15 maybe even 20x the strength and –
Endurance than a normal/average human being *
Best 10k I've ever witnessed.
🇪🇹🇪🇹
no one talking about how he could’ve won silver but the ethiopa runner came outta nowhere at the very end, I feel like Fisher could’ve put a bit more effort at the end to keep that silver
