4. Traffic police have always given a blind eye on stalled vehicles on the road instead of taking action! That is why this trailer was on the road for three days! Again we have rogue drivers who don't understand the meaning of "climbing lane" the driver of this trailer from eldoret intentionally ignored traffic rules and used the climbing lane to go downhill. Very very very sad😢
