  1. Hey Titli, first off I love your channels and all your recipes. Quick question: Orange water is either really expensive or difficult to find here in the States. I wanted to know if you would recommend that I use orange zest and the juice of the same orange in place of orange water. Sends love from America 🙂

  2. This is so grown up! I love it; strangely addictive. I didn't have any powdered sugar, so I rolled them in black poppy seeds. I also added a hint of cardamom along with the rosewater. VERY yummy, Titli—of course!
The Afghan pudding made crave some natilla, so I'm making that also for this week's deserts!

  3. I've made takoua, and I regret already that I decided to make a half of what the recipe suggests! Taking into account how ludicrously simple (and quite cheap) it is, and at the same time quite unusual and exotic for where I live, it is a keeper!

  4. I lived in the middle east for a few years and never had these. Never heard of them and I ate everything out there, how'd I miss this delicious dessert!
These look sooooo good! Thanks for the recipe, definitely need to try it.

  5. Orange Blossom Water?  Rose Water?  Is there a way to make these "waters" because I'll never find those in my grocery stores?  They sure do look great though.
