As a Tunisian, this is practically one of my favourite dishes

We call it the Djerbian rice, because it was originated in a place called Djerba in Tunisia ๐
I LOVE THIS DISH!!!! I've made it so many times my family is getting sick of it! I keep the ingredients on hand just in case….I'M NOT A COOK yet this dish was IDIOT PROOF! I only 'messed up' once by miss calculating the amount of cayenne pepper….but I still liked it!!!! My non-spice eating guests frowned, but there was no waste between my husband and I! This video was my introduction to: Basmati Rice….my new best friend! Thank you, so much, for adding to my very tiny list of recipes!!
