Tunisian Ojja with Meatballs Recipe – Titli's Busy Kitchen
Tunisian Ojja is both easy to make and utterly delicious. In this version of Ojja I’ve added some small meatballs. Written recipe at http://titlisbusykitchen.com/recipe/ojja-with-meatballs-recipe

Different things instead of balls? What would a good vegetarian option be?
Lentil balls, Falafels, balls of stuffing?
My beautiful lady I'm Tunisian and I'm telling you that the key to make a great ojja is the onion👌😉

Greetings from Tunisia
This dish looks really good. Now to find the past you added to the meat mixture.
Thank you.
I recommand Italian bread with this plate Ciabatta or Foccacia or Arabic bread
Oh MY it was DELICIOUS thanks so much!! it's a new staple in our house now, the only thing is my egg whites wouldn't cook for ages and i put the lid on to speed them up a bit and the yokes cooked as well but it didn't make a bit of difference to the enjoyment we loved it but i wouldn't mind a half dippy yoke next time do you know how i might get that? and did you? although they look soft they might be cooked , Thanks so much !!! 🙂
Eeeeeuh
Asslema. Never seen ojja made with meatballs before! But lovely to see our cuisine being appreciated by you. We make potato ojja and seafood ojja. I'd love to see how you make these dishes and Kefteji would be a great one for your vegetarian followers! Bisslema.
Titli! This looks sooo yummy!
Never used caraway seeds. What kind of taste does it give it?
How do you move the eggs to the dish without messing them?
I wonder would fresh coriander be ok in the meatballs? cos i don't have any parsley but i will get some if coriander wouldn't be nice in it. ,thanks 🙂
I got all the ingredients for this and I'm making it in the next few days. can't wait i know it's gonna be lovely 🙂
Hi Titli! Thanks so much for being such an incredible cook and sharing your recipes with the world! My husband and I adore your videos and we try to make up one of your amazing dishes at least once a week! Please make another recipe calendar for 2015! We'd really love one! Bye! – Tifa & Alex from Reno, Nevada, USA
Titli! Would you consider doing a video teaching us about Islam and its culture? Maybe how to say common phrases and such, what people typically eat for breakfast, etc.? I know this is a cooking channel, but it could be fun! You're a great teacher and a lot of us viewers could certainly stand to be educated on this topic. Just a random idea I had. Have a nice day. 🙂
i wish u were here and make me this for breakfast!
Oh Titli. This could be one of two things. This is just a fantastic looking dish, or I'm starving and could eat a horse. As for Bread, I suggest heading over to The Bread Kitchen. That chick is wonderful. She makes bread in used garden utensils.
Excellent for weight watchers, using less oil…. 12 point for the whole panful of scrumptiousness … I make something similar but got the recipe in Turkey and use cumin/coriander in the meatballs…. delicious… Thanks Titli
Haha I like how you started with waalaikum as salaam. Keeping it fresh titli 😉
