    Btw, Fricasse is a Jewish-Tunisian.

And most of the food in Tunisian is Amazigh and Jewish. 💪

  7. The best English video for fricasse that I've seen since I've looked for a year… very clear and simple to follow (and video quality is good)! 👍🏽I'm in U.S.

  8. Thank you so much for this recipe and video! I was able to make this tonight for my husband, and he liked it! 😊 It can be very challenging trying to cook him Tunisian food without being in the kitchen learning from someone. You made it so much easier for me! I appreciate this so much! 😄

  9. Thanks for this recipe.. I finally found one in English.
Today (1/15/21), my second time to make fricassee, but I tried to mixed semolina and all purpose flour,it's still yummy!💖

  10. Hi, I tried making this tonight. I had a lot of problems with the dough being to sticky. Very difficult to roll and cut. The dough lost its shape placing in the oil. Only a few puffed. And most were twisted. The couple that looked passable were greasy inside. And more crunchy than spongy like yours. Any suggestions? By the way, I am just learning to cook. Thank you!
