Love these! Ate them a lot when i was a kid in Tunisia.
In Holland we have the "oliebol" and a version with apple in it.. Taste good, but "heavy"…
These are lighter and I always wondered how this would taste with apple and/or with cinnamon in the dough..
Maybe it is a idea for you?
