  1. Water greens is Malabar greens. Similar to spinach. We call it water greens cuz it has a lot of water in it like Spinach when you cook it. I love torborgee anything, but it's an acquired taste for some. But I love my ray (red) oil potato greens, lol. A lot of the West African countries eat similar dishes, just made differently. Thanks for trying our food! 🇱🇷

  2. Thanks for the owner, explaining Liberians only eat jollof rice once in a while for party, celebration etc. And it is still the best lol jk. Shout out Ghana and Nigeria.

  3. Hey pimpa yes I'm having a lovely day enjoying your videos I don't regret subscribing you have a beautiful smile 😊 I will definitely try when I come thanks for the video gorgeous 😊

  4. Not all Liberians were broight from America. By the way, Auntie Precious knows her stuff. The water has to be completely out…that's what we call let the stew or soup simmer.

  5. Liberians eat lots of greens (collard greens, cassava leaves, potatoes green, spinach, etc) & lots of beans because they (the greens & beans) go well with rice. Rice is Liberian stable dish.

Well, I know this because there a famous Liberian restaurant in Atlanta called Mina’s Restaurant that I visit all the time when I’m in Atlanta, Georgia.

Good job young lady. I thought you were Ghanaian because of your accent….until you said you’re Zambian.

  6. Are there any vegetarian or vegan dishes at her establishment Liberian food? I'll be in Ghana for seven weeks in August so I'm looking for places to go to. The red oil potato leaves look delicious is there any animal products in it?
