  1. Yes true only my husband and kids are the only once who know…my kids motivate me everyday the one says momy u not fat the other one is like momy now u going to be skinny like me..they 6 and 10 years old😂😂my son was like momy how many calories are in this rice😂

  3. If you see this please , when you said cut out sugar do you also mean fruits? And if let’s say it’s the month you cut starch out do you also cut out something’s like pumpkin and potatoes ?

  4. Thank you for reminding me about the small things that I had forgotten on this jorney. I managed to lose 25kg during 2020 lockdown and 2021 September, doing exactly the things you have mentioned, challenging myself every month, 90 days without sugar, running and getting motivated by people on social media. I guess I became relaxed as I was on a maintenance stage and ended up gaining 4kg 😭. After watching this video I remembered that I was never into counting my calories and depriving myself of lil treats once in a while. I was always kind to my self and I understood that it is a journey that needs consistency more that motivation. Tomorrow is back to the basics. Thanks a lot my dear
