Trump Trials University | Talking Feds Podcast

A very different, special episode this week. Rather than the standard 3-guest roundtable, we convened 12 of the most well-known TV commentators for a very lively and dynamic dialogue on the big developments in front of us and on the horizon: what will happen in the NY DA hearing, for which Merchan has reserved 2 days; Trump’s prospects for…

@TheWillmo65

Good job, Harry. Thank you.

@gailmiltimore5961

Totally zippy!

@markelcock4669

With so many Americans completely aware of trumps illegal activity, it's disgraceful that he likely will not ever be prosecuted

@ekimba670

Great episode!

@louannkyle602

Well he did get special treatment almost cutting it in half to 175 million and ten more days to come up with the money trump continues to plow through the justice system with the federalist society as a shield I’ll truly be surprised at the end of all this if he sees any flipping consequences

@karonmalingo5798

Thank you, Harry and thank you, gang. Wonderfully fun and informative.

There has been so much testimony that there's nothing that goes on in Trump's company without him having his finger or thumb on it…. And Jen's right he didn't want to pay it after he won the election and therefore he knew he could not not pay Michael Cohen's legal fees so he knew it was being logged as something else because he didn't want to pay it….. And isn't ultimately the person that runs / owns the business responsible for the businesses actions ? Just because Colin or someone else told him to Do something he is the one that makes the ultimate decisio n.

What a cynical statement concerning faith and trust in jury system paraphrased: ' they'll convict cause they are Manhattan' not just bc he is guilty

@coffeekittie

Love the group conversations. Do more! ☺️

@michaelbray109

When did Donnie start sponsoring Talking Feds?!
You said it was sponsored by “Total Whine and More!”…

@oldbeatpete

it doesn't matter when she started the affair- it doesn't affect the defendant's ability to receive a fair trial.

@mlshiozaki

Great episode! Excellent moderation. Fantastic guests. Do it again!

@dalehalliday3578

all star panel. Thanks for this.

@kcbowman4042

informative. (next time can you get Eli to stay on topic?)

@craigkeller

Many thanks to the panel and your support staff Harry. The citizens are receiving a valuable education in civics and law.

@karenjones1897

wow, harry – that was a fantastic pod cast

@kathymanthey2062

I am really disappointed in Elie Honig's comments. The entire hearing was commenced with no evidence just rumor and accusation which 'smelled' of puritanical sexist nonsense. Rulings and judgement should be based on what can be proven, not rumor, supposition, and feelings.

I just want to add that we white women were also ecstatic at how Fani Willis conducted herself on the stand. we saw her both as a black woman and that was exciting and we saw her as a middle-class woman who didn’t take any shit. It was lovely, just lovely.

@chappellroseholt5740

Good afternoon from the beautiful SF Bay Area. That was fun! Missed seeing everyone's faces, though. I've become a fan of Norm the Younger from hearing him on Talking Feds. Love ya all!

@marnavanloo7302

I don’t think or care about Fani’s relationship. I want all those involved in the attempt to overthrow the election held accountable. Plus gini Thomas & the rest of the thugs.!

@andreakevresian1429

Honest question – Do we think Trump has something on Judge Cannon? Or is it just fear? Or simply that he appointed her?? I mean what could possibly justify her going so far to protect him?

@wgooetrik

You have toobin? Really?

@GandalfThePlaid

"… weird to parachute in on a Monday." Speaking of that…
