  1. You're wrong. It did go well for him because he's only speaking to peoples feelings, and more people are pissed at Biden instead of Trump. He got and then filled up a lot if air time affirming all those folks biases, and a biased person isn't going to listen to legal arguments or reasons. They just go on feels… This is the "liberal" fallacy and you are doing it here. You are assuming that the better argument or the logical argument will work best. It hasn't, and usually does not in the current modern zeitgeist. Confirmation bias is the only "coherent argument" anyone listens to now.

  2. Let’s give this a try. I know it’s not going to match your narrative and I’m really not sure why I’m bothering. This will get ignored.
If you work off the base that there was an insurrection then yes the 14th amendment applies. Here’s the problem with that though, I don’t believe that there was an insurrection let alone Trump was responsible for a non-existent insurrection. Therefore the 14th amendment doesn’t apply.
You honestly believe that jack smith wouldn’t have charged Trump with insurrection if he could have proved it? Or is this the New Democrat way of guilty until proven innocent? This is from a libertarian who’s never voted for Trump but I may this time.

  3. The "aid and comfort" part seems strongest because it's so obvious since Trump waited nearly 2 1/2 to 3 hours to "call off" the insurrection, while apparently gleefully watching it on television, and not bringing in authorities to stop it immediately!

  4. Wow! This guy is complaining about Main's SOS is supressing Republican votes. He should come to the black community and see what voter suppression looks like. Start in Mississippi.

  5. "Uh Uh Uh Uh Uh Uh" "But she's just wrong, Uh Uh Uh".
Dont these people understand that NOBODY has taken Trump off the Ballot, except Trump, for his actions that are clearly a direct violation of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. 🍊🤡
