I was raised Mormon, so I don’t believe in hell per se, but Mormons do believe in levels (essentially) of heaven and they believe in something called outer darkness, which aligns more with how I think of it.
Everyone I know with a lot of tattoos also has a history of self harm or substance abuse. Most of them went to get some of their smaller tattoos during an emotionally upset time because it DOES feel good, but for the same reason cutting would.
I think it’s sad hearing them talk about transfer of energy and blood magic. I don’t really subscribe to any religious beliefs in particular, but I also don’t believe that there’s entirely good energy connected to those rituals.
