I mean. Yes, some stuffs are basically just adding free calories, but if he likes coffee with milk, then drink it that way. I would rather spend +10 min on a bicycle than drink black coffee becouse its my preference. I feel like cutting all things that are not that unhealthy from your diet, just kills you mentally and physically.

Will you are my favorite fitness YouTuber. It’s always fun watching you. I follow your full body workout plan for beginners, and I’ve gotten Hella strong. I eat really good too and I look leaner, but one thing I have noticed, I’m gaining weight even though I feel and look thinner. Lol didn’t know muscle mass can out do fat loss. Atleast I think that’s what it is
