There many training programs for black Americans to take advantage of. They have them in schools, free trade and colleges. Many blacks just don’t take advantage of them. Many trade programs are part of high school curriculum. You can graduate from high school and get licensed in many trades as well as get
College credit so you can finish college in two years.
