Traditional HOMEMADE Ghanaian LUNCH better than Street Food | African Food Tour

#Outdoorcooking #Ghana #Food #Travel

I was lucky enough to get invited to have a traditional Ghanaian lunch, which was so good. Having street food can be really good, but nothing beats a home cooked meal.

  1. Stephen, as soon as I heard that song, right away I said Kurt is there with you even before you said it. He is missed ❤️what a genuine man, the world needs more like him. RIP Kurt 😘

  2. The difference between chop bar vs home food in Ghana, is chop bar food is fast food. Thus the meat is not soft, they don't have the time to cook for too long. Home cho as we say in Ghana is slow cooking with love so the meat needs to be tender 😋

  3. The fried plantain is eaten with the beans and the Omotuo with the peanut soup. You don't mix them. The lady was a bit surprised that you combined it that way but she couldn't let you know

  4. Just watched this video with my parents. Great content. For next time you need to eat the plantain and beans together on a separate plate.

Have the soup with your fufu.

  5. Stephen your content is never boring! And the spread your driver and pal,s aunt put on looked delicious! And I won't to say hi to Jillian who is always right there to support you, have to love her! Hi Jillian🤗

  6. With the uttermost respect. I don’t find most of the food appetizing. Most of it in my mind is too much liquid. I’m unsure if it’s a soup or a stew. Those chunks of meat are too big. And how do you have soup with your hands? I’m sure it taste great but just not feeling it.
And I do love and respect my people. But the food is just not for me.
