Impressive! Unfortunately, we are gradually substituting these healthy and authentic traditional Ghanaian dishes for God knows what. Diabetics, BP etc. are on the high.
I would love to travel & eat vegan all around the world 😅 I'd be so scared to not be able to tell them what vegan is in whichever language though
Omg the food looks so rich. All those herbs!! Wow
This channel is amazing! Im Afro cuban, and i been vegan 3 years, and this is so so beautiful to see. People seeing this delcious, nurturing food!! And im gettin hella recipes too
Idk why YouTube decided to show me African food content but I'm enjoying it. It looks so tasty.
Wow! The herbs look great.
Sigh, you are reminding me how badly I wish to go back to study art and culture from Ghana. Happy that you get to help preserve this important cultural history
Coming for food, save me a plate!!! This looks so good – fresh, organic, nutritious and looks delicious!! Its imperative to preserve our indigenous traditional diet!!!!!
Are you part Irish ?
This looks amazing!
I wanna learn, too.
Ok I'm not gonna trya nd spell it, is the hibiscus 🌺 drink like tea? I loke hibiscus tea.
Wow I wonder how they made that hibiscus drink. I have some dried hibiscus but it doesn’t look like that.
I wonder why this sort of cooking isnt more mainstream? The textures admittedly look a little "strange" to me, but id grow accustomed especially with how delicious everything looks. I want to know more about this culture and its cuisine.
Love this channel and your voice. Although I'm hungry now 😂
Amazing!
This brings an interesting question to my mind- was veganism a thing in african history? In india, you find vegetarian cultures through out the subcontinent and these cultures never touched meat at any point in their history…this was possible because of heavy agriculture and amazing yeilds…Was something like this also the case of one or more countries/regions in africa?
Wow. Thanks to you, I'm learning about Northern Ghana. As a student, I can't afford to travel, but thanks to you, it feels like I'm travelling all over the country. Ayekoo
