عتقد أن المطبخ الجزائري واسع جدًا ، فأنا أتطلع لتعلمه حتى أتمكن من تقديمه إلى قناتي باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية amazing recipes

Algerian loempias! PERFECTION
Whaaaaaaaat garlic and onin in bourek ??😕😕why did u change the recipieeeeeee don't change traditional recipiesss doooon'tttt
Will make these for my family today, thankyou for the recipe😁 Ramadan mubarak!!
Thanks for the recipe but that's not Algerian bourek
First we never cook with olive oil , it's an aromatic oil used in salad and must stay uncooked
Second: we only boil the potatoes and mash it, onion parsley tuna capers all that is added later to the mashed potatoes and are not cooked
Third when we start filling , we add portions of cheese and some tuna then wrap it
The only thing correct about Algerian bourek in this video is how you wrapped it
Anyway thanks for the effort
It looks great 👍🏽😃
They look amazing but I can’t eat fried food, is there a way to make them non fried?
This is not a traditional Algerian borek recipe. Feta cheese is not an Algerian ingredient. This is just a copy of Middle eastern recipes.
yesss making these for ramadan tonight thank you❤️
