PLEASE SUPERCELL. I am not a hater, as a player who has been a part of this game for 7-8 years, please do consider my opinion –
1. You can add variety to the game and choices where we can follow different paths (like various storyline games). Eg : Two versions of townhall 18 or maybe different sets of defenses, out of which the players can choose only one. It feels kinda boring when everyone goes through the same townhalls and same defenses again and again, its gets all the same just after 1-2 month of a the townhall update.
2. Defense feels nerfed mostly the townhall 17. It feels so much easier attacking and not getting atleast 2 stars. Upgrading defenses just for their looks with such minimal buffs is not fun. Please look into it in the next updates.

Why don't they put automatic collection in the gem mine when it is full in the builder base? it would make it much easier to earn more gems now that we need a lot of gems to improve the helpers

Merging the TH with the Eagle Artillery should have fused the two together, not erase the Eagle Artillery and the TH’s GIGA BOMB. Never downgrading to TH17.
I hope that when activating the ability on command, you add support from magicians as the command of the only king does not have support from soldiers
