They still haven’t quite recovered from the last hurricane. You can see salt water burn everywhere. Hopefully this place will thrive and doesn’t fall victim again.

What I don't understand with the rich and famous is the amount of wasted space when walking to the kitchen is a hike, your on a Island and running into someone would be delight, why are bedrooms so large when you just sleep, every mansion I see appears to be very lonely..

Wonderful views. The guest house should have at least a second bedroom, if not a third/office. The living room and kitchen seem a bit much for a one bedroom. The plans for four additional guest houses would give the owner the chance to do alot of additional developing to their taste and needs, very practical. At least one of the sites I would reserve for caretaker's cottage/staff, while another a wellness center, spa and gym setup. .
