The best and honest effort on construction in Ghana. I think people may be interested in final total cost of building your house .Very good work .

If building on a small budget, why not consider buying african made tiles. There is a lot of variety, plus the prices are more reasonable. These tiles aren't promoted enough

You can tile halfway andvthe paint the other half. It gives a contrast and you can change the paint colour every couple of years.

This is good timing. I am currently building in the greater Accra area. I now know what to prioritize. I'll purchase the tile very soon and keep them in storage until they are needed.
