This price is too expensive ooo. I did my 2 plots of land with GHC 35000. I used 80 bags of cement and 4000 blocks but I didn't do concrete columns. I trip of sand and 1 trip of stones and workmanship of GHC 12500. Just last week it was completed eiii that price for 1 plot? Hmmmmm
