Mr Ohene Djan was Charged with MURDER [which carries a Death Sentence or Life in Prison]. He negotiated with the AG to plead Guilty to MANSLAUGHTER so he could get a lesser Sentence [15 years]. That's what he got eventually.

This is how I see things; as the elections get nearer and nearer and the NPP has no message after making an absolute mess of everything in the country, they have started this jail NDC people to distract and there by stealing the elections. The supreme Court Justice must also resign. Why is nobody mentioning the supreme Court Justice's resignation?

Under the pre-barging law, the AG Godfred Yeboah Odame can meet the accused person and his or her lawyer as such there's no inprepeity here. The NDC party plan with the 3rd accused, Mr. Richard Jakapa, to entrap AG Godfred Yeboah Odame at the house of the Supreme Court judge, who happens to be a cousin of the 3rd accused. The AG Godfred Yeboah Odame was recorded by Richard Jakapa during this meeting without his consent. Sammy Ghamfi hasn't released the audio tape yet some partisan Ghanaians are calling on AG Godfred Yeboah Odame to resign. What about the Supreme Court judge at whose house the meeting took place? This isn't fair! Because John Mahama's campaign lacks message, the NDC party is are using lies, misinformation, and character assassination to deflect attention from John Mahama . That 's that!
If odame should resign them the supreme court judge should also redign
