His TV dinners are fire
"Oh wow, you're trying to revitalize African culinary culture", wow I mean it's like "we all have a frame of reference for Fried Chicken or like Waffles"…… racist lunatic from the Washington Post lmao. I cannot believe Eric kept his composure during that!
Ghana is proud of u chef
I heard this Chef cooked a dish inspired by the transatlantic slave trade for the Finals on Top Chef. If that's the case, I am impressed. That is what food is all about, combining flavors, culture and history all into something that gives you nourishment at the same time.
Big liar
…. meanwhile 'doubles' is a Trinidadian dish, but dude is out here straight lying to people. 🙄
Fraud u are Eric
You made something call doubles and said its from west Africa..you lie ..and don't know anything about doubles..try looking up doubles a street food born in Trinidad and Tobago..try to do research on your food before you lie Eric

Great one bro
You make one my dreams come true. African cuisine, being northern, western, central, eastern, or from the southern parts, is as refined, delicious, and culturally charged as any in the world. And I can't wait for it to be recognized.

I am proud of you. Keep making Afica great.
