  2. I heard this Chef cooked a dish inspired by the transatlantic slave trade for the Finals on Top Chef. If that's the case, I am impressed. That is what food is all about, combining flavors, culture and history all into something that gives you nourishment at the same time.

  4. You make one my dreams come true. African cuisine, being northern, western, central, eastern, or from the southern parts, is as refined, delicious, and culturally charged as any in the world. And I can't wait for it to be recognized.
