I worked with a guy from Biafra some time ago here in Norway. He told me many people there think that if you just pray, the road will put itself and food will rain from the skies. I think that if you're travelling abroad to study go to a country that speaks English and if you're going to a country that doesn't speak English make sure you have money so that you don't live in poor areas I think if you live in poor areas that when you become subjected to racism and an example is South Africa they speak English though but they have areas that tourists should not visit due to the racism there if you have money you'd be Okay my friend lives there and he's doing fine

It means Indians choose who they harass. My niece studied in India, we were really concerned but she loved it so much she even got married to an Indian guy. Prison officers and police study there too. It means they have something against certain Africans. If you dont believe me I can connect you with one prison officer who studies there. Infact I was mocking her for putting Indian flag on her profile, was mad why she put Indian flag there when they hate Africans. She replied by saying she didn't go to India to engage in any criminal activities but to study. She told me good things abt Indian but Me being against African treatment there argued with her.
Please I plan on studying in France next year,is it quite safe for Nigerians.

Phrankleen, in addition I’ll put China on the list. Isn’t it funny how many of this nations have their citizens in Nigeria doing business and all of that without restrictions but a Nigerian citizen can’t do the same in their country? Russia just announced that they will be sending troops into Africa and build a base because they care about our peace but you walk around in their country with fear and many restrictions. Same with china. And oh India, don’t even get me started.

Just take online studies from Western countries( USA, Australia, Scandinavia, Europe etc..) while you are home with your family and friends and stop being stubborn. It's alot of money you will loose by going to those countries. Invest some of it in your country and such.

Pranklyn the quality of education in Nigeria is not abysmal. In contrast the quality is very high. The teaching is tough and you are rugged. The scope is large and the assessment criteria is very high. You are taught to be very independent and versed. I have been educated in Nigeria and in a Caucasian country and i tell you. My education in Nigeria was the bedrock. More robust. The one in a Caucasian country will be useless outside their system 1 or if i am not surrounded with same support system.
In India , yes its true you can be easily killed. But the best way to survive is not to walk about by yourself , especially at night . And frankly specking , Nigerians , who are loud , confident , etc and therefore irritating and intimidating people who are not confident. This is not racism , but fear and envy.
Kudos, this is an excellent information, . The problem is that those countries spend millions to publish false "GOOD RATINGS" to attract international students even though most of the schools are mediocre universities.
I really wish African leaders would step up the game funding the education system, which is fundamental to the continent socioeconomic development and political unity.
