  1. But why do i crave more sweet in these days i used to never like sweet so much nor do i like now but i crave for it so i end up eating all sugary stuff and i have put on weight 😢 how do i mannage this or is it normal to crave for sweet while breastfeeding days ?

  2. Hilarious- Agree 100% with hubands helping with baby care , regardless if they have to go to work or WFH . Mamma's Big boys have to wake up to help their wives .

  3. Dr Pal , i gained 5kg only during pregnancy. But gained 5kg more post partum 😢. Less sleep more tired. Now 10kgs to loose. Started intermittent fasting ! I hope to come back strong 💪🏽
