Nah I don’t like vegetables plus healthy carbs exist and brown bread isn’t bad nor is rice. Carbs are our bodies main energy source and protein doesn’t fill me up either

For m,e I still eat carbs. I intermittent 19:5 but tip 2 is wrong cause then I would eat all the time..I’m training my mind cause even tho I’m not hungry I’m thing of food and that’s the battle.. still losing weight..once or if my weight starts to slow down I might change some things.
