I am a DRCongolese and frankly I am not surprised seeing Congo Democratic and Nigeria being the worst, these are two african countries where corruption is a culture, and what do you expect their polices to be. And as long as these two countries (the wealthiest in Africa) will not overcome corruption, Africa will have problems to develop. Therefore, I love Cpngo and Nigeria, these are Africans who are not intimidated by any other culture.
