The video does not tell the financier for all these projects. Looks like colonisers like the usa and europe are investing their funds in this part of africa to get their energy security needs and establish their factories and new colonies in this sparsely populated land. Maybe to offset russian gas supply and develop energy independence by having a potent and perennial electricity supply from the sun rich sahara wasteland
