I enjoy Theibu Jeun from a Senegalese place in Brooklyn called Jollof Rice.
I love my Tumu and Fufu with Nigerian Okra stew.
I am about as white american as anyone can get, take that how you will. I hated "african" food the first time I ate it. Then I went to an Ethiopian restaurant. The food was amazingly spiced, mixes of hot and savory, but that injera… that injera bread brings everything together.
I'm going to learn how to make it If I can get the ingredients here in america, and pair it with just about every finger food (food we eat with our hands) or pretty much any other food I can. Ita amazing.
6:50 are you kidding ? U mentioned all the neighbouring countries that enjoy couscous except for the country it originated from Algeria? Instant dislike
In Africa we don't have top 10. Instead of top 10 we have top 1000. All the food are amazing.
