I cried so hard watching this movie and all the hurtful things he said to her. It hurts so much when the one you feel should understand and protect you ends up victimising you. This brought back moments during my pregnancy that I want to remain buried and forgotten. I hate going over those moments

I am halfway through the movie and thought I would write a comment. I do hope that there is a happy ending. Is it alcoholism that is to be blamed for Ben’s behavior or is it the birth of a child? Sometimes husbands are jealous that an offspring is getting all the attention.

She died because she knew that she had nothing to loose but her son did. In fact the death of the dad will be heavy on the future of the baby than her own. And after all he was a bad husband not a bad dad. She sacrificed herself for her baby not her husband.
Sad ending but a very powerful message behind the storyline. May it be woman or man, no one should be taken forgranted period in relationships or marriage. 😢

The end was most powerful to me. It's a great story line. I kept going back thinking, I missed a piece of the movie. Did his wife leave him??? I did not see that happen at all.
