As I've discovered.. It's not that certain blacks haven't moved on… The don't want to…. Like some Irish people stillwant to le everything on British Collonial rule for all Irelands problems and failures….. They NEED the excuse of the PAST FOR THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL FAILURES.
