@naodgebregiorgis5940

Legend 🇪🇹

@souljahroch2519

I watched the video with the full marathon. It's amazing how an alternate crushed it.

@lwrncl8329

that hill is steeper than hills you typically find in cross country courses. i wonder how much preparation these runners put into tackling this course

@syazRambles

The real athletes right there

@Nehmi

That hill was purposely cruel. It's a fucking marathon, not a 5k.

@sageparra4956

I thought the marathon always ended in the stadium.

@korichafantaye1135

THANKS GOD 🙏♥️

@MS-715-7Y

So, a BAD DAY for Kipruto was 34 seconds slower than Tola. His bad day was better than most runners' best day.

@katherinequigg6138

This NBC edit is garbage

@Life_of_Matthew

Amazing!

@kchuen

Awesome achievement. But I really would have loved to see Kevin Kiptum in this race…

@jimoakes3623

The cross is our power. Ethiopia Christ is king 👑

@iglesiasbyron6531

No way they are running 24 miles at a 5 min pace INSANE

@braydenbennett8063

Promoting the idea of a mixed marathon relay for the future!!!

@jasonpark6233

@hufemeve

All praise to Tola for such incredible performance, along with the fellow podium runners 💥💥 Also praise to the Paris Olympic Organizers for laying out such Iconic, beautiful & most of all hellish course. 👌

@kefetatube3338

We will make Ethiopia great again!!!

@onelove5182

💚💛❤️

@FarahAbdul

They were confused about the second finisher a little bit until he came closer😂😂😂😂

@11bravo1789

Kipchoge is GOAT

@hewanadam7946

@garsiaantonio8747

😂😂😂

@elmoblatch9787

Kipchoge had to stop due to an injury. He had a heck of a run (so to speak).

@vinnymacciomei1062

Congrats to Ethiopia, what a win and an Olympic record. Kipchoge’s age finally seems to have caught up with him, God bless him for still giving it his all before having to stop

@SuperReviews4you

I want to see a marathon in the middle of the day at 80+ degrees. Let's figure out who the men are.

@JamesOverstreet-h2p

Ethiopia is the roof top of Africa with a high alltitude. That's why running in different climates alnd altitudes it's hard for anyone to beat us

@youngsuit

Pardon my ignorance, why was kipchoge not there?

@remnantsaved144

26 miles??? sheesh

@Keveen

I remember Haile Gebrselassie of Ethiopia great runner 🇪🇹

@rlshultz5841

Poor commentary what’s the pace.? Big hill what’s the grade. No facts.

@prayalways

Nice ❤

@pukulu

There are some uphill segments in the course. No wonder the time is slow compared to those in fast marathons like the Berlin marathon. Tamirat Tola was in great condition.

@HellaSayHella

Man, congrats to this dude, and his country, they must be so proud of him. I can't imagine how amazing he feels after this win.

@ItinerantIntrovert

Thanks for not giving away the result in the title and for showing the full 2 hour race! 🙂 Thank you, NBC! 🙄
