The supplement industry is not regulated very well, if at all. Not that I would trust an FDA stamp of approval, but I digress. I think people with legit deficiencies diagnosed by dr's may benefit a little but to my knowledge, 99.9% of the supplements people take are evacuated from the body pretty quickly and aren't readily absorbed. It's a waste of money.
