If that property line actually runs through that house I would tell the homeowners that I will be demolishing the property on my land unless they buy the land from me. If the don't agree and pay I will sue for denial of property rights and trespass!

IT WAS LIKE $12K … & WAS WOODED with beautiful shrubs & landscaping rocks & even a little fake bridge!! The 2 people on either side just began treating it like their own. & Made it look amazing …so their property's both appeared MUCH BIGGER & was great for their property's value!!
This guy went to both home owner & offered to sell it for DOUBLE what he just paid… RIGHT NOW!! Each day it was going up by ??? I don't remember but I think it was like $50?? A day? They both said NO! & LAUGHED AT HIM!!
He pulled his truck up & started hacking away!! WEED WACKERS, MACHINES, GENERATORS, LAWN MOWERS NON STOP FROM 9AM TILL 9PM!! He added GAWDY FLAMINGO🦜🦩🦩🦩🦩🦢🦢🦚🦚🦚!! & EVERY UGLY FLUORESCENT FLOWER ❤ 💗🌈🐇🍄🎠🎀🎃⚽🎂💒🎪🗽🍥🐥🐦🦄🐰🐷☀️❄️🌼🌻AND WIND CHIME & HOLIDAY DECORATION 💮💐🥀🌹🌺🌸🏵️🌻🌼 THEY COULD FIND!!! PLASTIC FURNITURE!! YOU NAME IT!!!
