No its not a panda but a polar bear and the black ball-like symbol on his both eyes is just like a black paint and its not natural color, you can see it in the scene when the rabbit almost beat the pilar bear before the last attack

I remember watching this movie on one of our local TV stations in Indonesia and yes they dubbed it into Indonesian
The movie really is shameless because this guy’s thumbnail Larry has the cat ninja flipping off the rabbit
The cat is supposed to be a rip off of the tiger from the of movie (forgot her name I think it was tigres)
