  1. @RopoDemure Love seeing these videos. This is why I started juicing. But you changed your juicer. I’m loving my Nama. I would love to see how you make quinoa jollof because I think quinoa is so boring but if it’s jollof I’m there with you. ❤

  2. Why is the large ginger bad? What's the difference between the large and small ones? I usually prefer the larger ones because they look fresher inside and last longer. I've tried the smaller ones and I'm not a fan because they appear discolored and go off quickly. But if anyone knows why the larger gingers are not the best, let me know. Thanks.

  3. Hi Ropo, thanks for being so open with your journey. I’m slowly transitioning to eating more raw vegan meals. Are there any books, youtube channels, or resources that have helped you with information during your journey?

  4. Sis that's a green banana that you boil. It will hurt your stomach if eaten raw… the little yellow bananas are the best as you said but it must be yellow ❤

  5. I subscribed to wonky veg, they deliver either weekly or every 2 weeks. Really cheap for what you get. I only get the fruit as the veg are seasonal. My last order was £7 with baked bread and a big box full of fruit xx
Happy to see how well you are doing

  6. The bigger green avocadoes are just the Caribbean version that are a bit more watery. The darker, smaller ones are more fatty and native to Mexico and South America (aguacate and palta) has been there for centuries. I prefer the Hass avocadoes for the fattiness.

  7. New subscriber and I'm obsessed with you now, your my new mentor! 😊 I'm looking to go plant-based and i still live with my family and I'm also a Londoner and West African so the struggle is real. But you make it seem so simple and achievable. Thank you! ❤

  8. The 'God made' avocado you have, is what we have in Jamaica. We actually call them 'pears'. Growing up in UK, those were the only avocados I knew until I started shopping myself. I obviously chose the cheaper ones but they're not the same!

  9. It's so upsetting that the healthier, cleaner and unprocessed food is more expensive than over processed, man made, chemicals that I assume cost more to produce.

  10. Hey girl, those green bananas are best eaten boiled. They are bitter and always will be! They are as ripe as they will get! We eat them as provisons or hard food in JA…youtube is your friend x
