Child Abuse is a root cause of mental illness in Africa. Our traditions are deeply rooted in oppressing the youngest member of households . How can we curb this problem?
More people need help but can't speak out

Definitely Worth My Time. Very Insightful, Thank You.❤️
This is so reliving I love you for this. I can’t even talk to anyone because what people do is judge. I dnt blame them though b4 now I really dnt understand or even think depression is real. I dnt understand when people says they want to take their life until I begin to feel same too. It’s so scary cus I tried twice. now is a good time am greatful that I didn’t succeed . Sometimes I just wish it happened and I stop feeling so much pain . These last five months have been terrible.
Brilliant . Thank you for this. It feels good to know one is not alone in this.

We need more people like you in the world
Thank you so much for talking about mental health. If all of us have empathy, solidarity and humanity, we can live all of us in harmony. This world is so huge, that each of us has a place.
