  1. Will I get all or most of these benefits if I eat a bean burger every day? Genuinely would like to know, I believe a bean burger would be easier for me to eat vs just eating beans by a spoon full!

  2. I eat beans pretty much every day, I don't get gassy anymore but I am struggling to gain weight.
    Good video, only thing I would add is that lower cholesterol is not a good thing.
    3 cholesterol types: HDL, LDL and VLDL. High LDL and VLDL is bad and their level is measured by measuring apoB levels with a blood test.
