My man. These property in The Green Estate is amazing. Few stuffs I love about these properties are; the combinations of several types of houses, unique built solar panels and the high ceilings in them which gives you space to play around with. Lastly I love the colours.
Beautiful home 😊
impressing 🤩🤩🤩
love this ❤

I am happy to see it and it’s a much better setup as well.
Now this is a a house. Not the useless 3 bedroom that I saw this morning for $4000 per month. That level of greed Got me so annoyed.

They have wonderful apartments. we expect them to pay their due of social cooperate responsibility by constructing gutters by the main road from Mount Camel Hospital to their property.
Bruh, I d move to Ghana in a blink of an eye. This looks great!
This is relatively cheap. For such a house in SA you’d be looking at around $200K
Nice houses but no yards that sucks

Dang “luxury” in Africa is low end in Europe
Extremely expensive considering the size of the plot and interiors. One can get a way better and bigger house 🏠 in India for the same price

The master bed room windows orientation is not advisable behind your bed . It should be side or in-front of the bed
They can't be Serious about the Prices… Greed will have a country full of empty Houses. American Prices in a developing country… African Americans know the true value before investing.

I think you should advise them to put flyscreen on doors and windows and again to make the kitchen electric induction cooking cooker and hot water system not gaz cooking.
