Please keep posting. I/we enjoy your home style recipes
Love all your videos. Genuine home real food. Very different to bir. Both tasty but nothing better than home roti food. I can cook confidently but you give some great ideas to try . thank you.
would this work without cashews?
Pre fried onions ??? Why don't I just go to a take away ?
So the green chilis are just decoration?
Just cooked it. Amazing dish thank you 👍👍👍
That looks so yummy reminds me of my travels around India. Your husband is a very lucky man i know i would be a be as a house eating all your delicious food
Jesus christ, so many ingredients ! And cashew nuts, u sure ?
looks really nice almost as nice as yourself but not quiet
Too much talking. Cant you just get right into the cooking process with less talking????
Looks delicious. I attempted it and was . However in making my pastes the ingredients would stick to the side of the mini chopper/blender. Which machine do you use?
how many does this feed ?
My girlfriend is from Mumbai, so I've been learning recipes for her and her son to enjoy. I wanted it to be authentic, so I took the long way and ground the spices fresh, fried the onions, clarified the butter, and it turned out to be a long and labor intensive process. It was a labor of love though, and the final product was miraculous. Thank you so much for sharing the recipe, and I strongly encourage anyone to cook it for their families as well!
Genius😇😎👑
Me and mrs always fight over cooking lamb and we both claim our own recipes are better. I got a couple of winning recipes but i will try this today.. better be good 🤞😁
Couple of things I'd like to ask, with regards to doing your own fried onions, do you just put them in the blender? Also with the cashews cloves and cardamon pods are you adding a little water before blending ?
Tried this recipe but used ghee and a can of chopped tomatoes.
I fried onions and then chopped into fine chunks .
The green chillies certainly added a finishing flavour.
Very very good
Thank you for all your recipes.
Love this recipe – I'm doing a shop tomorrow to get the bits for it! How would you do this using mutton and a pressure cooker? pre-cook the marinated mutton for half an hour or so do you think before commencing the regular recipe?
I tried this recipe it’s was amazingly delicious 🎉
One of the best lamb curries I've ever seen!
Consistency of the sauce/gravy is perfect.
Also, although there seems to be a lot of ingredients, there isn't actually which makes it a really easy to follow dish for cooks.
Thanks for sharing. 😊
Made this yesterday evening on the outside hob, brilliant for daddy-and-son time, absolutely delicious. I will be using this recipe many many more times! Thank you @My Little Kitchen. I have used many of your recipes and you have helped me to recreate a lot of my favourite dishes from my childhood. Fan for life!
Hi shamza
Can I omit cashews as my son is allergic to them??
