Perez is a talented driver who has had some remarkable moments. However, moments are incidental and consistent performance is expected at the level he currently operates at. Unfortunately, Perez appears unable to achieve this.
Don't go to Mexico, go to Russia, Sochi. get Kvyat, with Max, same team. Make them fight. Problem solved. Instead of cartel money, get Putin's money.

Sergio perez what a tragic story. Will RB stop being toxic next year? only time will tell, he got a new contract that would allow him to compete and that is why vers and marko want him out.
I never understand why when people talk about the financial incentive to keep Checo in terms of his sponsors they totally ignore the fact that Red Bull is an energy drinks company and he is making a big difference for them in a burgeoning market.
Sponsors found out that Checos car is been sand bagged so they stop sponsoring until he changes teams.
We all know Checo does not have the same car as Verstappen. Maybe he did the first 2 races of the season but with the money cap, RB puts the best parts on Vertappens car.

I like both drivers but I'm so sick of hearing about Danny. Checo had one bad season and everyone loses their minds. Danny had, what, four bad seasons??? The arse kissing of Danny is shocking.
Too much-being friends and pals in the paddock. Lawson is a breath of fresh air – a combative clean driver, who stays within the rules, is fast, keeps it on the track, doesn't put it into the wall, is feisty and not there to be Mr popular but rather just be a hard-nosed competitor who defends his position on the track while gaining a few himself. I like him and think he would make a good shield for Max while Max gets on with the business upfront.

– Drop Perez after next race
– Put Ricciardo in the RBR for a PROPER send off
THEN
– Put Tsunoda in the second RBR seat next year
– If he doesn't get the second Sauber seat or the WILLIAMS seat, put Colapinto in the other VCARB
Not only do you give Daniel Riccardo a proper send off, you then also have 2 rookies in the junior team next season

I really really cant see Perez driving for RedBull in 2025. They have tried for 2 seasons to get his floppy form back on track and failling so hard. Why try for a 3rd year and expect a different outcome. Nothing stands in their way to shove Liam in the car, it almost certainly cant get worse really.
If Redbull get rid of Checo it because they want to salvage to constructors.

Listening to thinkers makes you think. I think the actual reason i don't really have much time for lawson atm is we've been spoiled by piastri's exemplar example of how a rookie should carry himself. Lawson is not taking the high ground, he's acting like common folk. Again, they've had so long to replace perez with lawson and haven't done it. Just because he gets a rookie pass doesn't mean marko doesn't know what he knows.

Redbull should give Ricc the drive for one race and see whats up. it will also give Perez some rest to maybe bounce back up.

Lawson didn't do anything to prove he deserves the seat. He came 2nd last.
Colopinto deserves a seat next year so much more then lawson.
Lawson got under his skin, but why? Why dive into the corner? I think (tinfoil hat incoming) that Perez and Lawson have been told who's got the seat depending upon results.
Tinfoil hat aside, calling Lawson an idiot multiple times shows Lawson is living rent free inside Perez's head. Psychologically, Lawson brutalised Perez in this race. Lawson being calm post race is telling, he knows whats going on.
Apparently RB have approached Colapinto, though it is unclear which of their seats they want to give him. I honestly think Franco has earned a drive on the grid. Close enough to Alex in races, and seemingly even to Alex in quali. It is kind of hard to judge as Alex has had really bad luck in the last 3 races. Either DNF's or damage that has all but ended his race early on. But on his own, Franco looks good.
You can (Helmut) Marko my words, Ricciardo will not race in F1 again.
I can't believe people really think Checo's pace at Mexico was all he had. He damaged the whole right side of his car fighting with lawson dammit!

Why are you guys so obsessed with Ricciardo? I genuinely do not understand it. He's gone. Why are you all so keen on bringing him up at every occasion?
You know what, let Red Bull fire him. And let’s see what Liam can accomplish. It’s no coincidence that the second driver in Red Bull is never successful. There’s a 14 year history behind it! Liam is hardly anything special, and his attitude stinks. Good luck handling that! I can’t wait for Checo to change the narrative 360 degrees in 2025 and trust me, he WILL!! People thinking he’s washed have clearly not seen F1 long enough.
Danny Ric isn't coming back, his time is over. He knows it, Redbull knows it and the paddock knows it.
Yeah, I'm sick the Daniel stuff too, but I could see him in the car next to Max sometime soon-ish, like starting next year there.
Checo is still a solid, competitive, race driver that's been great for the sport but to simplify things, I've got to believe that these past two RBs have just not suited his driving. They've been engineered around Max….just my humble opinion.

I'd love to see Danny back on the red bull for a last stint, even if it just until the end of the season. I'm sure its something we all want to see, Danny proved that he doesn't do well with any car, but last year when he tested the Red Bull, he was fast enough to qualify for second place. So I believe in the right car he still has a lot to give. Red Bull has nothing to lose at the moment, checo is not performing anywhere near what they expect him to, DR is still getting paid until the end of the season… why not give him a chance? The only problem is Helmet Marko that doesn't like DR due to a broken handshake agreement, and he has way too much influence inside red bull to not let that happen.
It would be nice for Red Bull to give Ricciardo a proper final send off for Las Vegas, Qatar, Abu Dhabi after the way they handled that in Singapore.
Personally I think it is ESSENTIAL that Red Bull gets Daniel back for these last four races. Not only that but they need to give him a car fast enough to win. When the rumours first started up that Daniel might replace Checo I put $10 on Daniel to win a race this year at 225 to 1. I want my $2,250 so Red Bull, get Daniel in that car and make it a rocket.
