  1. So I joined an exercise group the on Monday, however on Wednesday no one pitched. I had to wing it everyday until Friday. Found this because I felt I need some structure and can't rely on flaky group to achieve my goal. Thanks Stinks

I had to switch to single leg press bc i fear i might be damaging something.

  3. i feel like every aspect of my routine is good apart from the fact that i don't move outside the gym. I'm on summer break and get only 3 hours of work per week. So basically i'm always on my bed. I need to get out and get my steps in😭
