The beef started 13+ years ago
He messed up the whole timeline π’:
1. J. Cole's joke on "First Person shooter" off of Drake's "For All The Dogs" album
2. Kendrick responds with a singular verse on "Like That" featuring Future and Metro Boomin' off of their Collab album "WE DON'T TRUST YOU"
3. J Cole's now deleted diss track "7 Minute Drill" is released as a poke at Kendrick
4. 2 days after J. Cole releases his diss it gets deleted by him and makes a public apology towards Kendrick
5. 1 month after "Like That" Drake responds with "Push Ups" and not gonna lie, cuz I never heard Kendrick before the beef…I thought drake was gonna win cuz push ups was good
6. Drake then releases "Taylor Made Freestyle" where he notoriously uses AI 2Pac & Snoop Dogg
7. 6. After a week or 2 of stalling and Drake begging him to drop, Kendrick responds with "Euphoria" and this is where I switched teams
8. Kendrick was about to do a back-to-back shortly after "Euphoria" with "6:16 in LA"
9. Drake respond with both a song and the shittiest music video I've ever seen…"Family Matters"
10. Within minutes on the same day right after drake released "Family Matters" K. Dot responds with "Meet the Grahams"
11. The now 5x platinum record, multiple time billboard no. 1, 5 Grammy winner, 1 billion streams song "Not Like Us"
12. This abomination of a diss track doesn't need to be talked about…"The Heart Part 6"
13. 2 months after the hit diss track "Not Like Us" he released the music video released in which Kendrick teased the song "squabble up"
14. Months after the success in the beef, Kendrick announces his half time performance in 2025
15. 3 days after the halftime announcement K. Dot releases " Watch The Party Die" under his Instagram account…in which he name drops 2 Christian rappers Lecrae & Dee-1
16. Shortly after that Lecrae & Dee-1 responds to Kendrick as a non-diss track because Lecrae is a good friend of Kendrick
17. Drake files lawsuit against Kendrick and writes a song about it (Fighting Irish Freestyle)
18. Kendrick surprise drops GNX…The album that contained the full song that he teased "squabble up"
19. Kendrick performs at the Superbowl and notoriously name drops Drake…
