  3. Looks good but I don’t like the fact that the tripe still has all the dark inner lining of the stomach that could be removed with hot water. It’s like eating ox tongue without removing the thick coating.

    Also, can you deep fry matumbu in a batter, adding spices and garnish when you plate up and serve it with french fries?

    It may look great, but will it also taste delicious?
