Recipe for sauce?
But Kylie I have no self control and if I make a meal this tasty I eat the whole thing 😭😭😭
I'm mostly kidding, I lost 50 pounds a few years ago with mindful eating and 50km walking per week (started running this summer).
Your "it's about what you add to a meal" changed my mindset!!
Wt abt who wanna gain weight ofcrse in a healthy way
How do I get that recipe?
Is it ideal to eat just protein and salad?
Can we have the recipe!?!
I look forward meals even if it is just cabbage soup. 😂 so anything that makes food more tasty is a big no no. I deserve to just chew on cabbage.
Please show us how you cooked the veggies, this looks delish
kylie is actually a real dietician trying to help you, and she deserves real support for being honest enough to make a cookbook to help out. she's being forthright unlike so many people who are paid by the food industry to tell you what benefits their handlers. trust ADHDers especially when it comes to food!
Not me a picky eater and on my period 😭😭😭
I love asian food. Kylie, you're a wonderful chef. Your cooking always looks so delicious and satisfying.
Amazing
Can u share the incridients of the sause

Kcal in Kcal out rule is the wall boys and girls.. There is no way around!
Losing weight and losing fat are two different things

Middle is best for weight loss
Do you have a low carb series?
Looks good
I appreciate your videos a lot. I struggle with disordered eating and hearing your approach to food is really helpful and inspiring ❤❤
What i wish i knew when i was 20:
1. Its calories in, calories out, now matter how you cut it, it really is basic math. I fell into the weightloss industry and it really was a rabbit hole of constant misinformation or twisting half truths to sell you something.
2. Macros matter, ensure you have a balanced diet with a focus on protien. Get in your veg and fruit intake, it will make you feel better and less likely to snack. Avoid empty calories!
3. Weightloss is non linear and you will platue frequently, if you stop losing weight it doesnt mean the diet is not working. Sometimes you will platue for a month and even gain a little weight before you continue to lose it. Do not give up! keep yourself busy instead of constantly thinking about it and weighing yourself daily is a no, once a week is better. I would always give up thinking i failed when i stopped losing weight.
4. the biggest issue you didnt realise you had was portion size. You have become completely desensitised to what an actual portion should be and that also leads to my next main point..
5. mindful eating, your body will tell you want you want and need but you have completely lost the ability to listen to your body, this is a skill that will take time to reinstate so make sure to pay close attention to the way your body behaves after certain foods, what you are craving, and the big one, when you are hungry and when you are full.
5. Become passionate about making your own meals, its better to make your own meals that getting anything processed from the shops, this might be my own personal conspirecy but i believe food companies are putting specific chemicals and stuffs into any kind of processed foods to make it more addicitive or palletable which causes you to consume more, watch youtubers like Kylie, and others and learn to make your own meals so you have more control over what you are consuming, but also learning to love food instead of fear it.
Hope this helps anyone else going through it. If you are struggling, do not be afraid to get help from medical professionals as well. Do not let the stigma around getting help keep you from losing weight, the weightloss industry does not want you to lose weight, it makes money off your inability to lose it on your own, do not forget that.
watching this as i am literally stressing over being hungry and gaining weight as a result 🥹
The only true way to lose weight is to lower calorie intake.
Few things to do is drink only water and zero calorie options ( alcohol has calories)
Create and find meals that are cheap and low calories, this will take a while just do a bit at a time
What I like about this video is by creating a well balanced diet your cutting out large amount of fat which is normally the problem in diets, fat is common in processed foods which adds alot of calories you are not thinking of, so just creating a somewhat balanced diet can cut alot of calories out
